W1D1 Explorers

Today we have find/or Choose 10 foods to go around the world in a Wa'a Kaulua. For my 10 food items I will chose:

  • Canned Tuna
  • White Rice
  • Canned Spaghetti
  • Sugar
  • Soft Grains
  • Hard Candy
  • Salt
  • Powdered Milk
  • Canned Beans
  • Dry Pasta

That is what food I would take, Because it last long and we should have some heating equipment so we can make fresh water. They also last long when they aren't opened or when water touches them.

  2. Hey Dante,

I’m Daniel, one of the blog commenters for the Kootuitui schools in Papakura. I’m really excited to see your posts this week and over the summer and look forward to commenting on your awesome posts.

I like your food list for the journey, canned and dry food are really good choices to last a long time and It's good to see lots of healthy options on your list, like rice, beans and tuna. maybe you would even catch more fish along the way.

Awesome to see you are getting stuck in and giving the SLJ activities a go. Remember that you can skip ahead and do any of the tasks in any order.

    See you in the comments.

    Daniel :)

  3. Hey Dante and Happy New Year!

I hope your holidays are going well and you’re having lots of fun. I see you haven't posted on your blog in a wee while. There’s still plenty of time left to do what you can and get more points for the best chance to get some of the cool prizes that are up for grabs.

I hope you get the chance to check out some of the really fun activities in the SLJ and remember that you can go back or skip ahead to do the tasks in any order you like so you can always start with the most interesting ones first.

Hope to see you in the comments soon.

    Daniel :D
